It can be seen that many of the meditations, whether they are Eastern methods, or defined psychological methods, concentrate on breathing.
The form of breathing has immense value for our mental state.
Just by changing the breathing movements, can different moods be renewed.
Sometimes it happens naturally, when we recognize a need to improve an existing condition, we sigh and breathe longer.
This sigh indicates a desire for perfection.
It can be described as if the breath brings with it the spirit of things in which we think, feel, etc ..
