Of course we all want to rise in rank, meaning to be better — more talented, more intelligent and attribute higher qualities to ourselves. However, it should be understood that this transcendence that we so long for usually comes with a new set of copings.

There are those who have a natural talent for a particular field, but to be good among the good ones, one has to face new heights of determination.

Human nature is always to raise the bar, that is, to set a higher definition for talent and ability. The “best ones” are not necessarily the most talented ones, but those who set new heights for ability.
